Interested in Joining Raventree?
Are you interested in joining Raventree Academy as a Faculty or Staff Member? We are always looking for new members of our instructional group, or our supporting staff. At Raventree, we wear many hats at once, and are often students, faculty, and staff at varying times.
We are currently seeking faculty for the following areas of instruction:

Wortcunning & Alchemy

Lore

Divination

Spellcraft

Energy Work
We are especially interested in finding faculty members with the following specific qualifications:

Faculty member with extensive background in Ceremonial & High Magick, Qabala, Enochian texts, and associated practices

Faculty member with extensive background in Energy Work, Energy Manipulation, Psychic Practices & Arts, Healing, Auras, and associated practices

Faculty member with extensive background in Spellcraft, Spellcasting, Traditional & Folkloric Magick, Charms, and associated practices
-
Faculty member with extensive background in the history & development of Magick from historical, anthropological, and mythological perspectives
-
Faculty member with extensive background in Divinatory Arts, especially Astrology, Ifa, I Ching, or additional divinatory systems
Please note that you may have multiple qualifications for varying areas! We encourage interdisciplinary work at Raventree, and are always excited to find practitioners with diverse backgrounds.
Faculty are the beating heart of the Academy, and are responsible for fostering growth, development, learning, and community at Raventree. Faculty are primarily responsible for writing & designing courses, as well as leading these courses as instructors. This includes grading material, answering student queries, assisting students with difficult material, and attending regular faculty meetings.
In return, all faculty receive a full tuition waiver while working at Raventree, and may pursue courses free of charge. They also receive a full tuition waiver for their immediate spouse or partner, and a 50% tuition waiver for relatives or family members who enroll at Raventree. Faculty also receive a modest stipend for their services.
Please note that until the Academy officially opens in 2027, all positions are volunteer-only. Stipends will begin paying out once enrollment begins.
