Inside a Discussion
Critical to students' success and the creation of our community at Raventree are in-class discussions, which are fostered and moderated by faculty. Students have the opportunity to engage and collaborate with each other, such as in the discussion pictured below on defining religion.
Inside a Quiz
Quizzes and exams at Raventree are designed to assess a student's rote understanding of the subject material, and aid in the recall of important or critical definitions, correspondences, theories, and so forth. These assessments are created to enhance student interaction with the material, and allow students an opportunity to see where their understanding lies. Questions on these assessments may come in the form of multiple choice, matching, mapping, or various other question formats. In the below example, students match definitions of magick to the practitioner or author credited with the theory.
